Herrings Green Farm

Following on from our last post in which we tackled plasticine animals, we now felt ready for the  real thing, so off to Herrings Green Farm for close encounters of the feathery, furry and scaly kind.

PLACE youngsters were given talks by Herrings Green Farm staff and were able to get close up to  a variety of animals, including snakes, a skunk, giant stick insects and many birds of prey (everyone’s favourite, I think).
